The bed is very comfortable. Living room/kitchen combo is smaller than the pictures appear due to the mirrored wall. The place is a comfortable size and adequate for 2 people.

Bedding and furniture is very nice. The porch has a fan and comfortable furniture to relax. The kitchen is outdated but clean. They left every essential needed. That was the best part. Hand soap, dish soap , paper towels, dish detergent. It was very nice not having to pack those items.

This is fourth time we have stayed at this house. We particularly like the location at the end of the cul de sac looking out on the lagoon and still an easy walk to the beach. We particularly like the relatively large screen porch with a table large enough to seat six and the "open kitchen" with a large peninsula giving plenty of counter space. While the furnishings are relatively dated, they are comfortable, and the kitchen is reasonably well equipped. We had some problems with the storm door at the front entrance however Vacasa maintenance promptly responded and made the necessary repairs. Also, they know to repair the locking mechanism on the slider to the porch.
